Service Description
Nailed By Missy offers a convenient mobile nail service where luxury meets convenience at your doorstep. Missy handles all aspects from table & equipment set up, clean up, to travel time, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. This Fee is an additional cost added to your Nail Appointment total. The travel fee varies by city, so please reach out to inquire if your location is not listed on our website. NOTE: Appointments 1 hour or more drive time require a Non-refundable deposit equal to the travel fee amount. This fee will be applied towards your total appointment cost, and only the cost of the nail service will be due at the time of the appointment. Once the deposit is paid, no refunds will be issued if the appointment is canceled due to these appointments being a full-day block on calendar.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All services must include a travel fee based on your location. Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A fee will be charged for no-shows and cancellations. If an appointment requires a deposit, it is non-refundable. New clients who no-show , cancel appointment & break policies will be prohibited from re-booking with Nailed by Missy. If clients don't reply to the confirmation text 2 hours before their appointment, it will be automatically canceled, and they may incur cancellation fees. Clients must provide accurate and complete address details for their appointment, including any special instructions needed to locate you. If Nailed by Missy is unable to find your location due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing information — or if arrival is delayed in a way that interferes with the next scheduled client — your appointment will be canceled. Client is responsible for all cancellation fees
