NAILED BY MISSY POLICIES
APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENT POLICY :
Client Must have BARE NAILS at the time of their appointment. If client needs nail products removed a soak off must be booked with their appointment with an additional fee or appointment will be canceled due to inadequate time for removal process.
Client natural nails must not have damage, cuts, missing nails, abrasions or nail fungus /bacteria at the time of appointment. If clients nails have damage, signs of infection or athletes foot, services may not be provided and appointment will be canceled. Client is still required to pay cost of services if Nailed By Missy has arrived to their home and was not informed of nail infection or athletes foot prior too the appointment.
Clients must have adequate space for nail techs to set up manicure table and/or pedicure station. Client must have seating for their self for duration of appointment. Client must have accessible outlets, water and drain for nail tech to use for pedicure/manicure appointments.
Clients are required to notify Nailed by Missy in advance when booking their appointment if they require special accommodations. This allows us to be prepared and provide any necessary adjustments to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Clients should be aware that they may need to lift their legs in and out of the pedicure bin (suitable for feet up to size 10) and onto the pedicure footstool multiple times during their appointment. It is important for clients to feel comfortable and capable of performing this movement to ensure a smooth and enjoyable pedicure experience. If assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to communicate this prior to your appointment.
** No Interruptions or Extended Breaks**
To ensure efficient service and maintain scheduling for all clients, it is required that clients remain seated for the full duration of their nail appointment without interruptions or extended breaks. This allows Missy to deliver high-quality service while staying on schedule.
Clients are expected to be fully present and prepared for their appointment. Any breaks longer than **5 minutes** will be considered excessive and may result in **additional charges** to compensate for lost time and potential delays to subsequent appointments.
PARKNG /APARTMENTS POLICY:
Clients must have parking in close proximity to their front door to allow the nail tech to unload all equipment safely. The parking area should not be more than a one-minute walk from the entrance.
Clients residing in apartments or any type of complex must ensure that long-term visitor parking is available and not subject to towing. Parking should be conveniently located near their building. At the time of booking the appointment, clients must provide their building number, unit number, and any necessary gate codes. If this information is not received, the appointment may be automatically canceled, and no-show fees will apply.
CANCELATIONS/NO-SHOW POLICY:
Clients must respond to the confirmation message at least two hours before their scheduled appointment time. If a response is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and clients may be subject to cancellation fees.
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or a no-show fee will be charged. If client is not home at the time of their scheduled appointment this will be considered a no-show and a fee will be charged. All clients who break policies canceling less then 24hrs in advance or no-show will be prohibited from rebooking.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
In some cases a booking deposit may be required. . This fee will be applied towards your total appointment cost, and only the cost of the nail service will be due at the time of the appointment. Once the deposit is paid, no refunds will be issued if the appointment is canceled.
NAIL CARE POLICY:
Clients are responsible for maintaining proper nail care, which includes, but is not limited to:
1. Avoiding constant pressure on the tips of the nails, this may cause lifting.
2. Refraining from using excessive oil or soaking hands for prolonged periods, as this may cause lifting.
Nailed by Missy will not be held responsible for any broken, damaged or lifting nails after the appointment. Additionally, Nailed by Missy is not liable for any unknown allergic reactions to products used during the service.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are permitted to be present in the home during nail appointments. However, it is the responsibility of parents to arrange appropriate care for young children or infants to ensure that the client can sit uninterrupted for the duration of the appointment. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that children do not handle or interact with any of Nailed by Missy's equipment to maintain safety. In the event that any equipment is damaged or broken by a child in the home, the client will be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacements.
PET POLICY:
Nailed by Missy is pet-friendly, and pets are welcome to roam freely in the house during services. However, any aggressive animals must be secured in a separate room before Nailed by Missy arrives for the appointment. Clients are responsible for keeping pets away from Nailed by Missy's equipment and ensuring that they do not climb on or interfere with any tools, to ensure equipment stays sanitary. If any equipment is damaged or broken by a client's pet, the client will be responsible for the cost of replacements.
SERVICE REFUSAL POLICY:
Nailed by Missy reserves the right to refuse service at any time for mobile nail services. This may be due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with above policies, or any other reason deemed necessary to ensure a positive experience for all clients and staff.
