If an appointment requires a deposit, it is non-refundable. New clients who no-show , cancel appointment & break policies will be prohibited from re-booking with Nailed by Missy. If clients don't reply to the confirmation text 2 hours before their appointment, it will be automatically canceled, and they may incur cancellation fees. Clients must provide accurate and complete address details for their appointment, including any special instructions needed to locate you.
