Booking & Cancellation Policy
All services must include a travel fee based on your location. Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A fee will be charged for no-shows and cancellations. If an appointment requires a deposit, it is non-refundable. New clients who no-show , cancel appointment & break policies will be prohibited from re-booking with Nailed by Missy. If clients don't reply to the confirmation text 2 hours before their appointment, it will be automatically canceled, and they may incur cancellation fees. Clients must provide accurate and complete address details for their appointment, including any special instructions needed to locate you. If Nailed by Missy is unable to find your location due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing information — or if arrival is delayed in a way that interferes with the next scheduled client — your appointment will be canceled. Client is responsible for all cancellation fees
